Tater Tot Casserole

This is my variation on the Duggar family’s recipe they have on their web site.

Traci’s Tater Tot Casserole

1.5 lbs. ground beef
seasonings of your choice: I use salt, pepper, garlic powder, basil, anise seed, cardamon & ground mustard + diced onions
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 can evaporated milk
Worcestershire sauce (I don’t measure, but about 2 Tablespoons)
Velveeta cheese
1 bag tater tots

Preheat oven to 350. Brown ground beef in skillet with onions, drain. Stir in spices and spread beef in bottom of 9×13 pan. Mix soups, milk and Worcestershire sauce in a bowl and mix well; then pour evenly over beef. Top with slices of Velveeta. Spread tater tots evenly over Velveeta and bake, uncovered, for 1 hour. Makes 8-10 servings.
