Ugh!  We’re not feeling well at our house today.   The children are home sick today from school  - so I’m not glamorous, but here I am none-the-less. 

At least the wet weather today is wet and not ice!  That’s good news.

Okay, I look and feel a little more human today.  :P  The ice is melting outside, the children go back to school; which means I must venture out into the public - and my appearance reflects that.

Today is day one of the Modern Modesty Mission Week (MMMW); and I’m going ultra-casual, as my children do not have school on Mondays, and we’re having an ice storm here where I live.  So it seemed like a good day to go comfortable and casual.  So I’m wearing a black velour dress and look, “matching slippers” (in my best Cinderella voice ).   LOL   No make-up.  The dres isn’t the most flattering, but today is all about comfort; and comfortable it is!
