I discovered an awesome new music site where you can go listen to worship songs – for free! The site is Worship Find (http://www.worshipfind.com). It uses Rhapsody Music to bring you the best in worship music and you can listen to 25 songs per month at no charge and after you listen to your 25 song limit, you will then hear 30 second audio samples. Rhapsody Music does offer the option to upgrade to the unlimited service.
A few really cool features at Worship Find are:
The Worship Closet where you can create your own personal playlists and even request songs be added to the site, if one you like isn’t already listed. Very cool!
The CMSpin news sidebar, that shows the latest in Christian Music News.
No registration required to listen to the music. You only need to register on the site, if you want to leave your thoughts and comments about specific songs and artists.
They have a wide variety of worship music already on the site, with, I’m sure, more to be added, as requests pour in. I quickly found most all of my favorite artists and songs, Chris Tomlin and Mercy Me, Rich Mullins, Carman, Third Day, Imperials, and John Tesh, just to name a few.
Another awesome feature; when you view the songlist, the songs with the microphone icon next to them, also have available performance tracks! Very cool for those of you who might be praise and worship leaders, or who sing and need performance tracks.
I love the verse they have on at the top of the page:
Sing to Him; Sing Praises to Him; meditate on and talk and talk of all His wondrous works and devoutly praise them! 1 Chronicles 16:9
I have been enjoying Worship Find immensely – try it and I’m sure you will too.
