Did you know that most of what we know or think about getting those ’six pack abs’ or a flat stomach isn’t true? If you’re on my Cottage eNews mailing list, then you will have received the mailings regarding the Maverick Business Insider. In listening to the audio materials with that, Yanik interviewed Michael Geary who wrote The Truth About Six Pack Abs. This is a real guy, who is really a certified nutritionist and certified personal trainer. He knows his stuff! Listening to this guy speak, I was very impressed with him. So I decided to check out his product. I am ordering this for myself, and let me explain why.
If you’ve been coming to my blog very long, you know that I had roux-en-y gastric bypass surgery (weight loss surgery) in 2004. I’ve lost and maintained a 100 pound weight loss. I no longer have Type 2 diabetes, uncontrolled high blood pressure and all the other ailments that plagued me while carrying those extra 100 pounds.
However, one thing that still eludes me to this day, is a truly fit and toned body. I will admit, I really don’t like exercise. I watch all those infomercials, see all the diet and weight loss products on the market and quite frankly have tried quite a few of them, obviously without desired results - as that’s why I had weight loss surgery. That said, other than walking, I have not really focused on toning or ridding my stomach of belly fat (the stomach is where I have always carried the bulk of my excess weight). I have joined gyms, only to get frustrated at the lack of real help and coaching to get me to a better place. Can you relate?
I know what you’re probably thinking: you have tons of exercise videos, books and equipment that you don’t use now - why should you buy another one. I hear ya: I own enough DVDs/VHS and fitness books to start my own bookstore, or rental service! I got disillusioned about the whole exercise/weight loss thing and thought that there wasn’t anything out there that was going to help me, short of a personal trainer. I can not afford a personal trainer, so I ultimately had my weight loss surgery and lost the weight; but then just resigned myself to ‘learn to love my body, as it was’ when it came to the flabby tummy and those last 10 pounds or so that I would like to lose, that just won’t budge. Hey, I’m all for loving ourselves, because we are God’s creation; but this is also the temple of the Holy Spirit (1 Corinthians 6:13). Therefore, we need to take care of ourselves, and the benefits of exercise far exceed any vanity reasons: it’s proven that exercise is good for us for a myriad of health-related reasons. So whether you want to get fit for looks, or to improve your health - I believe The Truth About Six Pack Abs can help.
I’m not going to lie to you, just buying this ebook alone isn’t going to magically transform your abs; it’s going to take work. BUT, I do believe that Michael is on the level and giving it to us straight. Not only does this ebook discuss abs exercises, it also has a very extensive nutrition section with diet menus (the benefit of Michael Geary being both certified nutritionist and certified personal trainer). So this product has got you covered in all the important areas needed to show you how to get abs you’ve always wanted, but didn’t know how to obtain. I appreciate and value the truth above all else; don’t you?
So check out The Truth About Six Pack Abs, and he also has a Free Fat Loss report as well for you.
