It's been awhile since I last posted. Life is super busy right now. My friend did come to stay for nearly three weeks. She's back home again.
My web design business is just booming! This is good, but it keeps me extra busy. Which is a good thing!
This coming week I'm meeting with a gal to talk about starting a new Missouri Pet Breeders Association (MPBA) chapter near here. Her and I will be taking lead on this.... so hopefully we can generate some interest and get others to join us. We're wanting to get to the point we can host some APRI dog shows in this area.
I've joined the choir at church!! We had our first rehearsal today, and my husband ran the sound for us. It was lots of fun. It's good to be plugged into a good church. I'm also doing the bulletin and will begin helping out one Sunday a month teaching the young children's Sunday school class (3-5 year old). My hubby (Mark) is helping out each week with the sound system at church.
We went to the church's Fall Festival last night. It was a blast! We had a bonfire, weinie roast, chili, chips, etc..... and had a band and a hayride. It was a great time.
The kids are doing very well in school. I'm very pleased with the papers that are coming home and even more so in their overall attitudes and behaviors. The school is good about reinforcing the manners and respectful behavior that we instill here at home. I'm noticing that the school's inforcing this is making an impact in a positive way. :-)
Not much else going on - just the usual daily life stuff.
