Well, countdown to Palm Sunday to be exact. We are hosting Mark’s family here on Palm Sunday for our Easter celebration with them. That means I have my spring cleaning to do between now and then.
Uh – yeah. It’s snowy and cold outside – not exactly inspiring me to plan out my spring cleaning; but the thought of 25-30 family members invading my house most definitely gets that cleaning urge stirred up a bit. Hopefully I’ll have enough energy stirred up to go along with my mental cleaning plan. 
Okay, I have two weeks to get 4,000 square feet of house in order. The house is not horrible, but it needs a spring cleaning. It truly does. I actually even want to paint the living room and hallway; but in reality, I know that’s not going to happen. I do have a web design business to run, a ministry to co-lead, church duties to tend to, three children, a husband, four dogs, two cats, one grandbaby here three days per week and ….. a partridge in a pear tree. 
So much to do – so little time. [ Where did I put the starch for that Super-Mom cape?! ]
Adjusting & Articles
We’re doing fairly well adjusting to Mark’s new work schedule. It went well today with the children home from school on a snow-day keeping them quiet enough so Mark could sleep this afternoon. They played either outside or downstairs in the playroom.
I managed to have a pretty productive day as well. So far so good. We’re adjusting. 
Also, I’ve added a new feature at The Cottage, some of my most popular articles pulled into one page, cleverly titled “Most Popular Articles” (bet you wondered how long it took me to come up with that title LOL) – the link is with the other ‘pages’ links for the site; and that location changes, depending on the theme being used at the time. This is so folks who happen on my site can find some “meat” amongst the fluff posts of my daily life.
