Well, we’ve established with the recent coffee survey/quiz that connoisseur is a more preferred term than addict, so we’ll go with that this time around regarding blogging as well.
Actually, what I really love about blogging is the ease of communication. It’s ability and freedom to allow one to express thoughts: deep, fleeting, meaningful, humorous or just because. One can start a blog and post where only a few, if any, will read it - or post and the whole world will read it. With merely a computer, keyboard and your words you can reach literally millions from your living room. The wonders of technology never cease to amaze me.
Blogging has taken on a life of its own and is more than just journals or online diaries; they are more like interactive dialogs or mini-message forums to live unfolding articles, stories and mentoring in action. You can get to know a blog author by reading about their daily lives and can learn about new things when reading topic specific blogs like sewing, dogs, migraines or anything you can imagine!
Yes, I would say the quiz is accurate and I’m 78% “addicted” to blogging. I enjoy the medium very much and find it suits me very well and the flexibility it offers works well into my lifestyle. Are you blogging yet?
